General Services Section


Major responsibilities are procurement, field management, vehicle management, fellow worker management, security guard duty management, on-campus inspection of environment greening affairs as well as maintenance.

·         Each area on-campus is managed by different departments. If it is to borrow meeting room, it should submit application online first; if it is a practice field, students should submit a paper application to different management departments. Also, attention should be paid that if there is no air-conditioner in the place applied for temporary use, students should remember the time in which they will need the air-conditioner, specially note it on the sheet and get in contact with the construction and maintenance section. Student should confirm with them before the activity starts.
